About Crimson Scribbles

Crimson Scribbles was founded from a simple belief: strong missions deserve strong funding.

For more than twenty years, I have built my career around helping people communicate ideas that matter. From developing corporate training programs for Fortune 500 companies to writing technical manuals and instructional materials used by thousands, my work has always centered on one thing—clarity with purpose.

Over time, I found myself drawn most strongly to mission-driven organizations. Civic groups. Youth-serving nonprofits. Teams doing meaningful work with limited resources and enormous heart.

I understand what it takes to translate passion into language that decision-makers trust.

Grant writing is more than completing an application. It is the careful alignment of vision, strategy, data, and story. It is honoring the integrity of a mission while presenting it in a way that funders can confidently invest in.

At Crimson Scribbles, I focus on Letters of Intent and full grant proposals for nonprofit organizations ready to move from good ideas to funded impact. My approach is steady, thoughtful, and strategic. Clients often describe the process as organized and seamless—because I believe your energy should stay focused on your mission, not the mechanics of the application.

Throughout my career, whether improving documentation systems in healthcare clinics, designing training programs, or facilitating learning across diverse audiences, the thread has remained the same: helping people bring structure and clarity to work that matters.

Crimson Scribbles exists to support organizations doing important work—and to help ensure that meaningful ideas do not go unfunded simply because they were not positioned clearly enough.
