Long before I became a grant writer, I spent my career helping organizations make complex work understandable. Whether developing documentation systems in healthcare, designing training programs, or translating technical information into practical guidance, I kept finding myself drawn to the same kind of work: bringing order to complexity and clarity to communication.

Looking back, I realize that thread has run through my entire career.
